The only way breast cancer can be diagnosed definitively is by looking at it under a microscope after getting a sample of the tissue.

Once again, an MRI can have findings that are suggestive that are frequently seen in this type of cancer, but they by themselves can never diagnose it. 

A tissue specimen is always required.
